Kim Leinan

CEO

As an OKR results coach for executives and organizations, Kim sees a clear difference between companies that create breakthrough results, versus companies that have a linear development of their goals. Kim's experience spans over 20 years of sales and management. Since 2013, he has had a conscious relationship to always "Get Shit Done"! With three children under its wings, there is a lot of energy and excitement, which also reflects Kim's personality.

Alexander Furre

CTO

Alexander is one of the three founders of Futureworks. He was the first developer on the team and he designed and made the entire platform from scratch. Together with Kim Leinan, he is also responsible for product development of Futureworks. He has extensive experience in technology, design and marketing. Alexander's passion is to create magical and intuitive experiences that create a "wow" effect for end users.

Helene is a happy and energetic soul. She has found that nothing excites her more than helping people reach their goals. When she is not helping companies to implement and mastering OKRs, she teaches horseback riding and gets her fix that way.
